We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kindness and support. Last week Thursday Nova Pioneer High School Library donated books to Badili Zone Community Library located in Mukuru Kwa Reuben, Nairobi, Kenya.

Badili Zone Organization is an NGO that champions quality education for all by providing students from vulnerable communities such as slums with learning materials, mentorship, and academic assistance. Mukuru community has more than 18 schools but only 2 of them have almost adequately equipped libraries which the rest of the schools do not have access to. We aim to change this narrative and more and as part of our work, we launched a community library that all the students have access to.

All these have been made possible through generous funding and donations from donors and well-wishers and volunteers from members of our community. Throughout the year, we have specifically been seeking book donations to fill the library shelves, which is one of our targets for this year.

We are writing this email full of gratitude to Nova Pioneer High School for joining us in equipping the library by donating your damaged textbooks. Among our students, the high school students were the ones with the least books and your contribution came in handy to close this gap by a large extent.
